'SPIRITS IN THE NIGHT' - Pretty simply, ever been to a night sportscar race?  This is a Cliff Notes image. SPECTACULAR experience no matter how much you enjoy racing.

'SPOTLIGHT' - A significant image in my own photographic development. I visualized it the day before standing in about the same spot but a different time of day(no shadows).  The key being, use of light.  Don't be fooled, this view didn't last long. These pockets of light are briefly filled with a car as they speed  through over 150 mph.

'SCOREBOARD' - A lone spectator investigates the current standings of a 24 Hours of Daytona as night begins to fall over the Superspeedway.

'NEXT' - A driver waits on pit wall to start his stint in a sportscar endurance race. Ever been in the pits in the middle of the night? It's exhilarating to say the least. My hope here was as his teams car made the move to their designated pit the headlights would bring his face inside the helmet to light.. Always fun, when a Theory proves correct..
